the big room was a plus. i found the pool relaxing. the staff was friendly at breakfast.
The hotel felt quite remote! the walk to shops was long. our bedroom had not been cleaned properly. We had to get several things cleaned again. the noise from music across the river was loud.

the breakfast offers so many choices. the patio includes a swing. i found the overall atmosphere of the grounds excellent. the staff were overly kind and helpful. the rooms are very spacious. the hotel sits right on the river.

the hotel's situation alongside the river offers fine views. the hotel is close to many riverside restaurants. It is also easy to access the saturday night market. a short tuk tuk ride connects you to town.

my grand beautiful room was spacious and well appointed. it contained a large bed. there was also ample storage space. the bathroom was of decent size and well equipped. everything looked clean. the bed was soft and very comfortable.

I was frustrated the room i booked wasn't properly cleaned. I found a used towel behind the door. the mini-bar was empty upon arrival, even after i confirmed it should have been stocked. the staff seemed indifferent when i mentioned these issues. No apologies or solutions were offered, the lack of attentiveness was annoying!
